gouldings has given me lots of confidence in my self and taught me alot of respect for myself and others.it has also give me the opportunity to make lots of new friends.i go training 3 to 4 times per week and i get excited everytime i go especially on fridays when i do mma . i train very hard and cant wait to get my blackbelt in the near future
